Anal suggestions

Hey y’all!

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for pain after anal (when going to the bathroom).

Me and my boyfriend have been doing anal pretty regularly lately and during sex it feel fine and there’s minimal pain that kind of goes away after a few thrusts.

But the one thing I can’t get the hang of is the pain the next day 😩 TMI but my boyfriend always finishes inside of me so naturally I have to go #2 the next day frequently but every-time I push it hurts so bad! And it hurts for a while after! But after the first day its fine!

Is there any tips or tricks y’all have learned to stop the pain???
