7 weeks pregnant and poking?!

Let me start off by saying how weird this is, I had a dream last night that I had a TON of cm with light brown mixed into it. And then I woke up (weird I know)

So now today, I noticed I had some CM with very very light brown “blood?” Mixed in. I really didn’t think much of it. But now it’s later on in the day and I’ve had nothing but I have this POKING feeling in my middle part of my abdomen.. I pee and wiped and noticed a VERY small amount of light brown on the tp..

I’m 7 weeks today and just feeling a little worried with having 3 MC at 4ish weeks.
