What is going on?

I have been on Nexplanon since December 2019. I had the old one removed and a new one inserted on 12/27/22. I was taking antibiotics from 12/26/22 - 01/05/23. Unfortunately I forgot that antibiotics can sometimes render birth control ineffective and my husband and I had unprotected sex on 1/01/23. (Yes, I know, stupid me🤦) AF is currently 2 days late (and she's usually annoying on time) but the cheap Wally World tests have come back negative so far. According to this app I was due to ovulate on 12/31/22 but I'm not sure if I actually did since the new birth control was inserted. I had all the normal symptoms of ovulation (sore/engorged breasts, increased libido, cravings, etc.) which are gone now. Should I buy a FR test and test again? Should I wait a few days? Am I all good? What are your thoughts?
