Corpus luteum cyst causing bleeding

I’m almost 6 weeks and I’ve had bleeding, a scan confirmed it’s coming from a corpus luteum cyst I have. HCG is at 6,000 and Baby seems to be fine and growing normally, yolk sac was seen and I have another scan in a week.

I’ve read the corpus luteum feeds baby until the placenta takes over, if my cyst ruptures does that mean I will miscarry? As it won’t feed baby?

Anyone had early pregnancy bleeding caused by one?
