Feel like I’m being used

Every since my bd got a new job he’s acted so different towards me. He used to be so playful and touchy now I have to beg him to even touch me. Not have sex, literally just to touch my butt or hug me or something. Feel like every time he’s low and out of money he’s all up on me, but as soon as he gets back up and doesn’t need me anymore he acts so hateful. idk what to do so tired. I’ve tried talking to him bout it. Nothing changes.
