But I’m unsure if these helped , lol still ugh

Yeah I wouldn’t waste your money on these! Worse thing I did was go down the supplement route especially if you have regular cycles and can ovulate on your own!

I tried them years ago before I had my son and they didn’t do anything for me

I have those too, not exactly sure if it’s the reason to fall pregnant.. but they do have a lot of good stuff in them. :)
