Does this look like herpes/ Cold sore?

It doesn’t hurt but everytime my lips get dry it comes it never bursts or anything and only really lasts two days .. I have an apt but I just wanted to know if anyone could tell of it was or wasn’t

It appears to be an allergic reaction, as this happened to me. 
Didn't know I was allergic to dogs all of my life, but I was, yet the symptoms were so mild it got overlooked. 
However, the allergean has now worsened, so my lips will do what yours are doing. They'd tingle/burn, feel raw, and then small clear pimples would appear, but never hurt.
I finally took Zyrtec and Benadryl and omggggg!
Tadaaaaa! Got my sanity back! 🤣
I recommend doing nothing, until you see a doctor. 
If they truly don't know, it won't hurt you to take allergy meds to see if it helps, which I'm almost certain that it will.
