Realistic transformation “ I think “ 🤷🏼‍♀️ maybe just for me ?!

9 months of gym 3-4 days a week . Run about 12 miles a week and do weights one day a week.

Kinda eat a okay diet but definitely do not limit myself and stress over it.

I could work harder and do more but I’m doing what I feel comfortable doing and what allows me to still feel fulfilled in my daily life. BUT I do want to see a slight more improvement in the abdominal area so I’ve started adding 50 sit-ups a day to my regmegemt.. not sure if that will do ANY good 🤷🏼‍♀️
