Diaper rash (?)/peeling question

My baby girl (7 weeks old) is peeling a tiny bit in the creases of her legs like her bikini line and I'm not sure what to put on it. I've been putting the Burt's bees cream to powder diaper cream where it's peeling but I'm not sure if I should be putting something different. I have regular diaper rash cream/paste, Burt's bees multipurpose ointment, Vaseline and nystatin powder as well. I typically put the Burt's bees ointment on her booty any time she poops and she's never had diaper rash. I should also mention the peeling isn't bad at all; it's not red just slightly pink and it doesn't seem to bother her at all either. TIA 😊
