Terrible pets

My boyfriend had 2 cats before I moved in with my daughter. I brought in one cat. His cats are terrible. They chew stuff up of my daughter's all the time, as well as get on the table, claw up my blankets and other household items. My daughters boots and shoes and her clothes that aren't cheap. I asked him to reimburse me and he said no. He said it is my fault I need to put her stuff up but they go into her room that doesn't have a door and they take her shoes out of their shoe cubbies and chew them up. I hang her clothes up to dry and they pull them down and chew on them or claw on them. We have had plenty of arguments about it because it's so frustrating and I am so tired of it to the point I asked him to get rid of the cats. He works out of town anyways so I take care of them. He said he would rather I move out . I'm so frustrated and I don't know what to do at this point I don't want to break up over this and I understand he loves his cats but they are literally ruining her stuff that isn't cheap to replace and he isn't offering to replace. I don't know what to do 🤬
