Boyfriend talks to his mom for HOURS

My boyfriend is 21 and me and him don’t live under the same roof but we are on the phone about 10% of the day. He will hang up on me and talk to his mom from 3:00pm / 10 pm maybe 11 when he gets tired he calls me but never really stays up to even talk to me barely it makes me feel lonely because this happens every single day. And it has affected me it makes me uncomfortable because he talks to his mom for hours and it seems like he never makes time to talk to me and so when we do see each other in person it’s awkward for me because he never really talks to me anymore we have been together for almost 3 years .
