Bleeding

I took a test the day before my period was due and got this faint line within 2 minutes. According to my Flo app, my period is late by two days. I woke up feeling wet, I know TMI, and there was some blood when I wiped. I took a test after just to see what it’d look like & it’s darker than the other day. I am O- blood type & bled with both of other children but that was around the 5-6 week mark and they gave me the Rhogam shot. I am, according to my app, only 4 weeks 2 days. I have some light cramping and it’s not a lot of blood but I’m just so confused.
