FIRST TIME TTC

Hey. So I’m looking for advice. I’m 23 and currently TTC my first baby. I’ve been on birth control for yearsss but I’ve come off brith control as of the last week of December 2022. I’ve been using this app to track my ovulation but I’m not sure it’s accurate. I’m nearing my period date (02/03/2023) and I tested today with a first response and it appeared to be negative.. can y’all tell me how long it took y’all to conceive after quitting BC? And when should I begin to worry about infertility.
