HSV 1 Oral Remedies

What are some supplements or remedies you guys use? I’ve been getting them for a year and was officially diagnosed in November. I normally take

L-Lysine and use carmex daily. I can somewhat prevent a blister forming, when I feel an outbreak I take an extra dose of Lysine along with more carmex and lysine ointment, it usually goes away in a day! I’m also open to other to other things as well. Anything helps :)
