6wks old spits up A LOT…

My 6wk old breastfed baby has a real spit up/regurgitation problem. A few times he actually projectile vomited. I already took him to his pediatrician and we did an ultrasound on his abdomen just to make sure all is ok. Everything came back normal. Was just told to keep him upright after feeding, burping a lot etc.

But I can’t deal with the amount of spit up. Its constant. After every single feed and sometimes randomly. I change his outfit and my shirt 6 times a day…

I wonder if it would be better to pump and bottle feed? He feeds a lot and loves to snack on me so wonder if he’s overfeeding.

Not sure what can help.
