my bf shames my past relations

my boyfriend and i have been seeing each other for about 5 months and we’re currently living together. the amount of relations i’ve had with guys is a single digit number while my bf’s is more than doubled and he thinks i’m a slut. he brings up how i had no self respect, i’m “used up”, and that i cant ever have a “normal vagina” anymore. it makes me extremely insecure because he still wants to have sex with me but his words just run through my head during it. he loves to talk about girls that he used to be with to me and doesn’t see any issues with that; he talks about how “good”, “tight”, and “not used” they were and that they had innocent bodies. he shames me about how i probably was desperate and that i’m in “used condition”. i know all signs are pointing to dumping him but is there any other ideas out there that can make him stop or at least put him in his place??
