Ladies I’m calling out for advice

So me n a coworker have a crush on each other and mangers start to notice but they haven’t said anything about it because we both do our work that’s suppose to be done sometimes he will flirt with me when we not busy doing nothing and one of my managers are jealous about it because he like me also but I don’t like my manger me n my coworker have a better connection or w.e

My coworker tell me when he about to clock out because he leave at 7:30pm n I leave at 9:00pm I walk with him to the clock out machine n he give me a hug n we talk about our day ( no more then 3 mins ) a little until I get off n we finished with conversation

How can I go about staying focus when we both at work if he distract me ? I’m just don’t want it to be a problem of us working together
