Indecisive

I've been a stay at home mother for a few years and there's a part time job opportunity noon-4pm and I will leave children with grandparents those hours but do you think I should take it? I've been looking for other jobs as well this one is good because has the summer's off but I'm not sure I will feel bad like they will be by themselves without me meanwhile for winter and spring what do you recommend? Anyone work and leave kids in daycare, preschool, babysitter, family or friends how do you make it work or not worry are they okay are they lonely.
