20 years old and having an abortion…

I’m 20 years old and a junior in my undergrad. I found out today that I’m 7 weeks pregnant and I’m so scared. I can’t tell my family and I can’t tell my friends for fear of their judgement. I’m getting an abortion and on the day of my appointment I will be about 10 weeks. I’m so scared and I just feel very alone. I’m afraid of the pain and I’m afraid of seeing the baby. It breaks my heart that I have to do this. I never thought that this would happen to me. It hurts the most that I love children and want a child, when I’m ready for one. I’m really just looking for some kind words and advice from anyone who has gone through something similar. Thank you.
