This ultrasoundwas done in obgyn office 6w3d based on ovulation. The obgyn said it looked like 5w5d but im taking her estimate lightly since she had problems gettinga good visual the previous week and thought it was a psudo sac at what should have been 5w3d (formal ultrasound same day showed gestational sac and yoke perfectly shaped). I was hoping someone had any ideas on what the dark area below the gestational sac is as well as the odd oval-ish shape to the right? Thanks! This has been a roller-coaster for sure with my PCP and OBGYN originally worried I had an ectopic pregnancy.
