Health insurance in Oregon

There was a huge misunderstanding with my work, apparently I did not apply for benefits successfully in time and I will only be able to apply in October when we do open enrollment again

How can I get health insurance for my husband, daughter, and I? My husband only works part time as he watches our daughter so insurance through his work is not an option

If it makes any dif, we make less than $60,000 salary combined as a household

Misunderstanding was coverage has carried over the last 3 years. We’ve had the same plan that whole time. I thought it was carrying over this year but apparently this year it did not automatically carry over. So it was my fault I guess

Also I’ve been ttc and pregnant 3 times in the last year but miscarrying. So I really really want insurance. I did not realize I was dropped from the coverage until my last paycheck
