21 weeks pregnant. Don’t know if I should go in. Feel stupid

I’m a mama of 3 under 3 currently 21 weeks with 4 all my babies have been premies. I should know what to look for but ever since last night I’m feeling super tight contractions, and sometimes they’re quite painful. But they’re not super consistent. Just very noticeable I usually don’t get Braxton hicks like this so I’m not sure. But I know they’re going to have me come in, and ima feel stupid cause they probably won’t be able to even see anything idk
