When did you leave your job?

When did you go on leave or quit your job while pregnant? I have a very easy job and I’m only doing it to make as much money as I can before I stop working to take care of our daughter. But I’m also worried about working myself too much when I don’t feel good and/or worried about going into labor. 
I know not everyone has the privilege of being able to quit their job or go on leave, but for those that did I’m wondering how far along you were when you stopped working.

I worked 2 jobs until the day i went into labor. It kept me busy

I worked till 34 weeks then took 4 weeks annual leave and went on maternity at 38 weeks. Plan to do something similar this time and leave it as late as possible. Doubt I'll be able to manage to get 4 weeks off though so might just try get my longer shifts off

I was super sick so I stopped working pretty early on. I literally couldn’t get through the day without puking. I went back to work when i got on zofran but i was a substitute teacher so i got pregnant in February, got super sick starting around 6-7 weeks and went back at the end of April to the end of the school year (late May) and didn’t go back to working, i did a work from home job.

Listen to your body. It knows what to do. If you feel like you need rest then do it.

The plan was to leave at 38 weeks, but it ended up being more like 35😅 way too exhausted, cranky, and sore and didn’t want to bring that energy into a preschool

I’m 32+1 measuring 33+ and plan to work until 4 days before my due date. Then use my PTO and vacation days for mat leave, returning within 6 weeks 
(Waitress at a private country club, my Ob is actually a member at the club)

I took mat leave at 37 weeks, induced at 37+3. I quit 3 weeks after my mat leave was up. I worked 60+ hours weeks, 6 days on 3 off. Very active job with some heavy lifting as well. Loved it. Kept me and my mind healthy.

Well the plan was for me to take leave the week before I was to be induced, but I ended up calling out for my last shift because I went into labor.

I worked up until 2 days before my due date. And then i took all the leave i was allowed which was 12 weeks. And then i used up all my saved PTO. I quit when it all ran out. I got paid from the end of May until about the middle of October.
