Lower than normal progesterone first trimester

Okay so I'm about 7 weeks pregnant and just got my blood test results back.

It says 11-44.3ng/ml of progesterone is what is expected in first trimester.

I am at a 10.2. and they prescribed me medication to take nightly to help elevate those levels until I'm 13 weeks pregnant.

Does anyone have experience with this? Did everything turn out okay or did you have a miscarriage? I'm so nervous and scared now. I have my ultrasound on 2/14 and they said they'd be able to see more from that.

What would they be able to see?
