Anyone else?

Question

So the excitement is definitely real, I know since I've been on and off buying little girl clothes since my daughter is due in August. However I thought today I should take a break with spending alot of money on baby clothes until I'm at least 25 weeks since nothing is guaranteed. Obviously I don't want to think negative but I just don't want to keep and keep buying and spending and then have something happen. 
Is that right of me? I don't know lol. 
I'm 15 weeks today.

Honestly we were buying before we even got pregnant as we had a loss. So we bought everything basically gender neutral like a car seat, pack n play, swing, some clothes. Then we got pregnant 4 months after our loss and found out at about 7 weeks it was twins. At almost 9 weeks we saw their heartbeats again. Told our parents and some people. Then went out and bought the same thing we had already gotten(we had just gotten taxes so we thought having extra money, why not get it while we have it and aren’t scrambling to get everything later. Plus it was when Covid first started so we wanted to be ahead on things and knew a baby shower probably wasn’t gonna happen). Once we found out genders then we went a lil crazy but it’s okay to buy when you want. It’s your choice to wait or stop for a while.

I say buy as much as your heart desires! I will say after having two babies (this being my third pregnancy) I have learned that sometimes less is better. I have had all girls so we had a lot of handed down items as well as a few things we've bought, I've cut the wardrobe I've saved down three times because of how much we had.
