Where to start 🤔

So my mom was never one to slow down and teach so my aunts did when and what they could but as far as make up I only ever figured out mascara and eye liner 😅 is there anything that anyone recommends to help teach me more even if its a youtuber also what's a decent cheapest route for some one who has no idea where to begin who doesn't want to spend alot till they have a idea of what they are doing

I am 29 with a 1 year old little girl who when the time comes I hope she will feel like she can ask me for help I know I have time but that's why I want to learn now so by the time she is learning I will have a better understanding
