How to stop breastfeeding

Hi everyone. Before I start my topic pls no judgement! I need help I’m tired I feel hopeless idk what to do at this point.I have a 18 month old who still breastfeeds to sleep and it’s driving me crazy. It’s the ONLY way they’ll sleep I’ve tried everything else and all they do is scream. They’ve never taken a bottle or pacifier bc they didn’t like it. Then I read if I give them milk it’ll cause tooth decay so idk wtf to do it’s literally messing w my mental health I get so overwhelmed and overstimulated.

Can anyone recommend something to do or what to do that can help me pls!
