Can breastfeeding stop a period

I got my period back at 6 months postpartum and they’ve been very regular since now I’m 13 months postpartum and I’m 2 weeks late! Not pregnant and haven’t been stressed or changed my diet or gained/lost a significant amount of weight. My hormone levels are normal (my OB checked through blood work) and my ultrasound didn’t show a miscarriage or sign of pcos or anything so I’m wondering if breastfeeding can randomly stop a period?
