When to make appointment

Hi everyone, I got my bfp yesterday at 9dpo and today (digital) at 10dpo. I had an ectopic pregnancy before where I didn’t catch it on time and resulted in removing a fallopian tube being removed. I’m so scared for that to happen again. When should I contact a doctor???? Thank you
