I want a baby soon??

so, I had my child back in 2022 and he's one now, I'm not with his father and haven't been for a year since he was born. I met this guy and he's in his 30s him and I have been together for 4 months now, I want another baby. I'm not saying right now but in the next two or so years, he wants to wait until 6 maybe more years, he's never seen himself having children, which is understandable and I respect that, that's why I'm leaving the decision up to him. But I'm getting worried that if he doesn't ever want kids that I'll never be able to have another child. And I do really badly want to try for another baby sooner than 6 or more years. Has anyone ever been In this situation where you both can't agree on when to have a baby, what did you do? Wait or decide to not have anymore kids because you loved your partner so much or did you insist on it and he gave into it. Because I want him to want kids just as much as me, I don't wanna force a baby on him because that isn't fair at all. I need help. This baby fever is killing me.
