IUD Choices?

Hey ladies I’m debating on my iud choices- copper or nothing? I’ve had the liletta for the last 3 years it’s time for me to change it out- I’ve had recommendations to switch to the non hormonal copper iud when I get this one out but I’m not sure. The primary purpose of my iud is to control my endometriosis symptoms as I was curled into a ball every time I got my period before I got my iud. I’m thinking about just getting it out altogether and not getting a new one and letting my body regulate itself but I haven’t had a period in over 3 years so I’m kind of terrified for what will happen, any advice?
