Measuring 4 days behind

So according to my last period (1/16/23) I’m supposed to be 5 weeks 4 days . When I got checked yesterday due to spotting after sex the ultrasound said I was actually measuring 5 weeks exactly . She saw the sac but no fetal pole . I already knew she wouldn’t see anything since I wasn’t 6 weeks +.

With that light spotting I had bad period cramps and back pain since I tested positive on (2/20/23) .

It’s now 2/25 and I have no cramps or back pain at all. It literally went away the before the day was over .

I did blood work and I’m waiting on results Monday .

Whole time I’m thinking I got 2 more days before morning sickness kicks in and really I got another week 😯. My last 2 pregnancies morning sickness hit exactly at 6 weeks .

Is this normal?
