Weight and food—genuine advice please!
So I have PCOS and it’s been virtually impossible for me to lose weight. I go to the gym and I move a lot, but there are so few sustainable diets that work for me personally, and on top of that I keep strict Kosher so my options are even further limited. I’ve started cutting myself off from food at midnight because I’m a big nighttime eater and I’m up very late. I feel like having a cutoff time is good for me, but I gets so ravenously hungry that I get to a point where it almost feels like I’m starving myself. I eat consistently during the day so there’s no reason to be this hungry, and I don’t know what to do other than go to sleep immediately after I get hungry, but then I don’t get anything done productivity-wise, and it kind of defeats the purpose of having a midnight cutoff (about three hours before I sleep). If I move my cutoff time earlier with the intention of going to sleep earlier, I will end up with the exact same problem but earlier in the evening. I have no idea what to do, and I cannot maintain this weight because it is PAINFUL.
Any advice??
