Period & EBF Tips
I think I got my period back. I’m 10 weeks PP today. I had intense bleeding January 30th that lasted 3 weeks and now I started bleeding again today.
If it is my period, any tips for EBF to keep supply up? I’m devastated because it feels like my entire PP has been constant bleeding and one thing after another. Feeling really defeated tonight.
