Is this considered binge eating?
I’m overweight and I would like to start eating healthier and eating less. I know I eat a lot and I eat a lot of junk food. I’ve kind of just been taking note of what I eat so I can begin to make changes.
This morning I wanted McDonald’s breakfast. I don’t ever have their breakfast, but I really like it. I got a breakfast sandwich (an egg and cheese on a biscuit), a hash brown, an orange juice, and the hotcakes. I typically wouldn’t eat this much but since I don’t get it often, I wanted to get both.
While I don’t often eat this, I find that I typically will eat something “fun” because I don’t eat it often. Is this considered binge eating?
