Did I ovulate??
I can never tell if I have ovulated with bbt. I have been tracking both my bbt and also using opks. I had a spike in bbt yesterday with a positive opk. Today my bbt went down again and my opks still positive. Anyone no more about this stuff and can let me know I'd I've ovulated?
