Work Decisions

A Manager position has opened at my current job. This position is very demanding and will require me to work out of regular hours (work over 10 hrs on a 4 day week and work during my days off, it is a salaried position). This is one step up the latter from my current position. I feel pressure from my boss and coworker to apply. I recently got re-married and might be expecting 🤞🏼. I don’t wan’t to neglect my family but I also feel that I might be loosing an apportinity to grow. I don’t know what to do 🙈.
