2 months ttc fail any tips

I officially started ttc again after a D&C last July and a chemical in august we trying but not serious up until January.

My cycle is due today and I’m sure it’s coming. My specialist ordered labs they look great. Going to start baby aspirin and letrozole.

In all honesty how long does it take two healthy couples TC? TBH I really think it’s my partner he loves sitting in saunas
