I had a baby 7 months ago and my hair is shedding really bad

Good night ladies, so I have a 7 month old baby and my hair is shedding really bad. I’m freaking out because I have 2 other kids and I never experienced this before. My hair can be completely detangle and it still the same. It doesn’t seem to be getting any better. I’m using a hair growth old though that will help, but that’s not the case so I can’t really tell if my hair is growing or not. But long story short I know a lot of you ladies probably experience this before, so what should I do? And how long will this go on for?
