SAHM soon to be divorced ,getting back on feet

Tips on how to get your life together and relocate as a former stay at home mom, I planned to prepare to leave but he wouldn’t let me work and had to leave for safety reasons. I’m at my moms but can’t stay here long with my toddler unfortunately(lots of reasons) , I have a job now making $19 and hour, and a side gig making $18 an hour. Hopefully child support adds to it , Idk if i’ll get approved for childcare. I depended on taxes but he filed my son& I and took them all. I’ve done all I can do and i’m ready to get back up and fight for a good life for my child and I . First I have to go through custody , we made it out alive after him threatening to harm us and himself. I have that one police report and he lied to them about it being self defense. They got mental counselors to come over for him. Most times after abuse he would take my phone for days and threaten me if I told. Idk how this will go proving everything but praying the judge sees through him. He sends false allegations to my phone. May even try emergency custody
