26 weeks and scared what I read about sleeping on your right side and your back

Okay so I’m going to tell you exactly what my OB told me about this. I told her I’d been having some anxiety about sleeping cuz I have been having the worst pain from restless legs at night and I cannot sleep on my left side all night due to it hurting my leg. She said I can absolutely lay of my right side. And she also said you can lay on your back by put a pillow under one side so you’re not completely on your back. And she said they are also coming up with evidence showing back sleeping is no longer going to be an issue for pregnant women. But until it’s 100% proven she suggests sleeping on my sides or back with a pillow propping me to one side slightly. She also said that even if you’re asleep and you accidentally go to your back and your baby or body is d handling it well or its doing harm, you’ll feel the need to move positions. It’s not going to cut off oxygen to your baby within minutes. You’ll start to feel dizzy or nauseous if your vein is getting restricted so you’ll feel that before baby starts to feel it. Sleeping in your back is a big no no because you have a main artery to the brain there and if baby lays on it or any weight from placenta or what ever then it will stop blood flow. 
I lay on both sides but swap it up just because if I lay on one side only my hips absolutely destroy me… but I sleep with a pregnancy pillow yuck it under my belly… so I’m kind of sleeping more on my belly… but not on my belly if that makes sense

You can sleep however it feels comfortable. 
Our bodies are the most sophisticated thing that exists in this world. Do you really mean it doesn’t know to tickle you when you need to change positions for any reason? Like that same body, that we are questioning in most basic things, is the only thing that keeps you alive through the night!

32 weeks here and I mostly sleep on my back, I just sleep elevated. I have injuries in both my left shoulder and my right hip so it’s not comfortable.
Any position is fine. Just make sure with back you’re sitting up more.

Left is best but you can absolutely sleep on your right side.
