Breakups suck

I’m currently going through a breakup. It’s been a week and I’m still I. Denial . It will be our anniversary in one month. Almost 2 years together. And guess what… we live together. This is so hard for me I’m actually in denial. He broke up with me over a text message. And we broke up because I said I have certain boundaries that I need him to respect … it’s so hard when u invested so much time and energy. From going from one heartache to another. I’m just so hurt, I started to drink and I never drink. Idk what to do I need advice….
