HIB Definition (continued)
Creates a hostile educational environment for the student by interfering with a student's education or by severely or pervasively causing physical or emotional harm to the student.
In the school year of 2016-2017 when I was a freshman in High school there was these two girls always getting into fights and arguments with people. One of the girls B was white and would call this girl T nappy, monkey, stupid, and skinny. (T is mixed with white and black and was also in special needs classes). Her friend A was Hispanic and she would text threats to the girl T even though T didn’t give A her number and A would threaten T. The girl B would continue for the next few years yelling rude things out at T whenever she saw her. When T would report to the office or any teacher they wouldn’t do anything about it. The most that happened with B was she got detention or called down to the office and the girl A would get suspended and possibly reported to the police but was back at it. A would even threaten to stab and shoot the kids. One day T got annoyed and called the girl B fat and after that she got reported for HIB and the girl B spread it around to everyone she could.
