Love one another

The reason I indicated that loving one another was beneficial to your health is that, as they say, if you are angry with someone, you don't want to speak to them, and if you see them later, you're hurting PT quickly, quickly, you may get high blood pressure. 

Uganda, therefore, it is good to forgive the person and love the person even though the Bible commands us to love our enemies, so if your friend or sister wrongs you, you must forgive them. You guys should be as one, is all I'm saying.
