Help again…

I went to the gyno, they told me there’s nothing wrong with my Kyleena and me. They did an internal ultrasound and etc. But some my cramps I’m having like they did during my abortion a few years ago and when they inserted it. They say it’s normal but I really don’t think it’s normal. How is cramps like that normal with continuous spotting since September. I think something is wrong and like every time my period is about to come I get these cramps and idk why. They make me curl into a ball at work even when I’m restraining an animal even tho I try my hardest but the cramps take over. I’ve tried pills I don’t take them like I should I tried nexplanon the arm implant that made me gain over 30lbs and now I’m with the iud and it works to a point. Help please I don’t know what to do anymore.
