someone’s threatening me

When i turned 18, i started selling pictures of myself on twitter. On this profile, i publicly shared images and videos of myself on my public profile. My face isn’t in any of them. However, a boy i was seeing at the end of last year started stalking me back in february and threatening me and my ex partner. i contacted the police when this happened but my case is now closed. it died down for a while but then i started getting log in codes for different apps i had. including twitter and cashapp where i received payments for pictures i sold. he managed to log into my old tik tok, old snapchat, my twitter & cashapp. i changed my passwords as soon as i got these notifs so he wasn’t on my accounts for longer than a minute. He proceeded to text our mutual friend and asked her to get me to unblock him so he could be my ‘business partner’ after this, he said he was going to send screenshots of my twitter to my family and he sees nothing wrong with it as i shared them myself. i had no intent of my family seeing this as they don’t have twitter, he then said that it’s ashame because my mums so lovely but she raised a failure. it’s been a week since this happened and i haven’t heard anything since. would this be revenge porn? is this something he could get into trouble for doing, or not because i shared them myself?
