i'm 5dpo what can cause??

i'm 5dpo and i possibly have pcos ultrasound showed cysts. i have been trying for years.. i ovulated so the striped said it found my peak.. but i'm not getting pregnant for some reason i'm taking prenatals vitamin d and b12. i do have periods but heavy every month and my blood work came back great. so idk what to do...

How are you confirming ovulation day?

Opks do not mean you are ovulating just your surge I use to get surges and never truly ovulate! Have they don’t cycle day testing to confirm you can ovulate? With pcos it is common to not be able to ovulate on your own but have surges. With pcos it is common to have heavy period for a number of reasons too much estrogen and not enough progesterone can cause heavy periods extra thick uterus lining, even endometriosis.
