Any nurses can help with this BP reading plz

Hey are any nurses here i had a heart rate of 104 with a BP of 133/74.. I asked my cus girlfriend she's a nurse she's said the heart rate is high but the BP is good.. I've also got pain on the right of my chest like cramps or tingles when I breathe and I feel short of breath with a cough and my breast is sore to the touch.. I've had an infection the last day or two.

I had gone to the chemist for Panadol for my symptoms and asked if they could check my BP so my BP was that result. The pharmacist said it was normal but I shouldn't have a rate of 104.

My cus partner she's a nurse she said BP is ok but the valproate I'm on of 400mg daily might be too high for me. She said the HR could be panic or anxiety.

I know the only stressor I have at the moment is my first born is sick and so am I plus we are unable to secure his speech pathologist there's a waitlist of 6-12 months. Meaning he probably can't start school next year if we don't get his therapy.

I have a baby due in two months.
