What would you do if your boyfriend tells you that he got a girls number just because his friends at work were bothering him to do it so he wanted to show them that he can do it. He blocked the number that same day and didn’t do anything with it. He has apologized but should it be reason to break up?

You posted this the other day. I already commented.. he wouldn’t need to block it if he only got HER number. It means he also gave her HIS number. He didn’t have to agree to do it, if he respected you’d he be a grown man and tell his friends he’s not prepared to do that to you

I’m sorry, but is he in elementary school? What, he got dared by his friends and instead of being respectful to you, he had to do it? You should have a serious talk with him about it because if he “can’t look bad” to his friends with something little like that, imagine next time they start telling him they bet he can’t sleep with so and so… if he wants to be in an adult relationship, he should act like one. That just sets the ground for trust to be broken if what his friends think is always going to weigh heavier for him than what you guys have.

Peer pressure shouldn't bother him to that extent! 
Will that be the case even as a married man?
He shouldn't have done it to prove to his friend that he can!
A man would simply tell "friends" that 
"I am a man of my word, I don't have to prove anything to you! I have a gf whom I plan to make my wife or life partner if marriage is a sensitive topic"
Will he do it again? It's possible! 
And who knows? Next time the girl might be so driven to pursue him and tempt him that he can't resist her!
