Help!! I need reassurance.. or anything

I got my paraguard copper iud inserted mid December. I took my last birth control pill the night before and it ended my pack perfectly. After insertion I didn’t have my period for two months which I assumed was because I stopped birth control (this had happened previously). However, I got my period late February and it has NOT stopped. I’m going on 46 days of constant period and symptoms. It’s not heavy necessarily just annoying. If anyone has any idea what might be wrong or advice I’d greatly appreciate it!!
